I am Ana Teresa “Anaté” Yepes, creator of the Conscious Integration methodology. My background in engineering and business management, together with studies in Gestalt Psychotherapy, integrative coaching, yoga, breathwork, and meditation, showed me that behind pain and unresolved emotional imprints lies the opportunity to grow and expand.
From that experience, this ecosystem of well-being was born, where neuroscience, psychotherapy, and ancestral wisdom come together to support you in transforming pain into information and living with greater coherence.
